When does it start?
Once you've completed payment and attended an intro session you can start the program right away.

Do I have to be fit already?
Nope, no experience is necessary, everything is tailored to your current level of strength and fitness. We’ll find your starting point, then coach you to get fitter, stronger and leaner over the course of the challenge.
Some people have never trained before, some are coming back to fitness after a long lay off.
You can also be very fit and full of gym confidence.
In either case, we'll know exactly what you need to succeed.
